Did we ever get confirmation that the bike was found?

great question! I was just wondering that myself...particularly after reading that rumor from the comment section.

Do we know if there was anything wrong with Autumn's bike? Something she needed to get fixed on it? Was she trying to upgrade it in some way? Just trying to verify some unsubstantiated information....

Well looking at the map it seems to be all residential .. Such sad news this morning RIP Autum, Im sorry this happened to you.........

If you go to the street view on Google Maps, and turn the view, on one corner there is a run-down white house with boarded-up windows. I'm thinking that's it. KYW Newsradio this morning said the scene was at Vine Street and Clayton Avenue.

According to a friend on FB who is in the loop up there, they have at least one person now in custody in Autumn's killing. Hope it's true even though prosecutor just said at 10am press conference that there have been no arrests and are no persons of interest. Fingers crossed:

Who leaves a body in a recycling bin rather than disposing of it elsewhere? A person who has no vehicle or is perhaps too young to drive.

I no longer have kids in school....my youngest graduated in 03...are parents warned about young kids on FB, My Space, etc.? Through the schools? Is there some way to monitor what a child is doing on the computer without having to hover over them?

My oldest is 13 she is in 7th grade this year. At back to school night there was a mention of fb, also at her 13yo well check her ped told her about the dangers of online sites like fb and texting and told her that she should never send anyone pictures ect... so here at least there is some awareness. It all comes down to the parents being active and monitoring the childrens electronic activity though.
