He was last seen driving a 2005 Ford 500 with a temporary license plate M0007896. He is known to frequent the 800 block of Spruce Street and the 600-800 blocks of Line Street.
He is described as a black male, 6’5”, 205 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has a scar on his chest and a tattoo on his right forearm that says "In Mem of Doc Pac". Other tattoos on his back and left forearm have no description.
