Little Madeline McHenry wouldn't stop crying so her babysitter Sheila Polanski aged 33 shook her and threw her to the floor while screaming for her to stop crying.

Polanski eventually called 911 but not right away and explained the little girl had fallen off a table. That didn't explain her other injuries. Polanski finally admitted she threw the child because she was stressed about a recent eviction, and the child would not stop crying.

There's somewhat of a timeline at link. She said baby Madeline vomitted and then fell asleep. Noooooo she didn't fall asleep. Falling asleep means you woke up.

This is why I don't use babysitters, or day cares. I trust no one when it comes to my children. I take them with me every where I go, it maybe stressful to have my kids at my side at all times, but it's better then being without them forever.

This poor child. RIP

A Westville, N.J. woman pleaded guilty Thursday to fatally shaking a 2-year-old girl she was babysitting in 2011...

According to the Times, the state recommended that Polanski be sentenced to 12 years in prison, becoming eligible for parole only after she has served 85 percent of her term.
