Okay, anybody who can work in photos, please freeze the photo just as the headlights are reflecting on the window when it is pulling in next to the dumpster. Look toward the bottom of the window close to the dumpster and see if you can see the reflection of the driver. If it is, which of course, shadows play games, its a young guy, short hair, wearing sunglasses, maybe someone sitting next to him, also with sunglasses or could be a double reflection.

The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office released an unidentified man's photograph Monday as part of a continuing investigation into the disappearance of an Evesham woman two years ago this week.

Burlington County Prosecutor Robert Bernardi said the man is not a suspect in the case of Marianne DeMartin, 52, of Sagemore Drive, but that investigators want to identify and locate him.

Bernardi said the photograph of a bearded man paddling a kayak was downloaded on to DeMartin's laptop computer several weeks before her disappearance. She was last seen Sept. 23, 2005, and authorities believe she may have been murdered.

DeMartin's abandoned car was found Sept. 29 behind a Voorhees Wawa. Enough of her blood was found in its trunk to make investigators believe she was the victim of violence.

"Quite frankly we don't have any fresh leads in the case right now . . . but this (photograph) in no way, shape or form should be interpreted to mean this is a suspect or a person of interest," Bernardi said.

Police said he's not a suspect, just someone they would like to locate and talk to.

As part of the ongoing investigation, a photograph was retrieved from DeMartin's computer that depicts an unidentified male. Members of her family, friends and co-workers have reviewed the photograph and no one has been able to identify the man.

From December 2008:

A Burlington County man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison in the strangling death of a woman during a burglary at her Evesham home in September 2005.

Thirty-three-year-old Alex Crow of Medford must serve a minimum of 34 years before becoming eligible for parole under the sentence imposed today by Superior Court Judge Patricia LeBon.
Crow pleaded guilty in October to a murder charge in the death of 52-year-old Marianne DeMartin.

A Medford man has lost his appeal for post-conviction relief after pleading guilty to the 2005 murder of an Evesham woman who was missing for two years before her remains were found in Pennsylvania.

Alex J. Crow, 40, formerly of Oak Ridge Road, had appealed a trial court ruling to deny him a hearing for post-conviction relief. On Thursday, the New Jersey Appellate Division upheld the denial, finding that Crow’s argument that he did not receive adequate counsel before he agreed to the plea deal lacked “sufficient merit.”
