Steven Carlos Mendez, born April 15, 2002, was last seen in West New York on May 6, 2003. The State Police say he was abducted by his mother, Azucena Campos de Mendez, who did not have custody of the child. There is a warrant out for her arrest. They may be traveling in Pueblo, Mexico.
