Whether he did it or someone else set him up to be blamed for it, it's completely bizarre either way...

How would one set up another person to look like they were pooping...?

Wow, that's gross. I must admit to laughing after reading the title.:D

Lol I don't really know... it says in all the articles I've read that he maintains his innocence. In the one linked above it says:

"Dr. Tramaglini will continue to fight the allegations made against him in Holmdel, and will also hold those responsible for the malicious narrative that has been spread about him to account for their misconduct," Matthew Adams, his attorney, told NJ.com .

I skimmed through some other linked articles from that one and it looks like school staff and the School Resource Officer (school police) were the ones who actually "caught" him, not the local police, so I guess it's *possible* they have it out for him or something and staged it. Unlikely and just as weird as him doing it himself... I'm kind of surprised there aren't cameras there.

This is why they make travel size tubes of Pepto Bismol. Just sayn’...

It truly is bizarre no matter how you slice it. Malicious slander, marking territory or runny bottom?

School cameras are rarely functional. Used mostly as a behavior management tool by tchrs & staff.

Sadly, some people with MS cannot control their bowels. I doubt this was the case here though

Yes, could have been a health issue.

I could excuse a one -time only -emergency -health- issue related outdoor poo if no one was around, but daily? No. No no.

This article states he was arrested AT the track at 5:50 AM. It also says there are 2 dvds with video evidence. Kinda hard to argue that.
Why, just why?? Wth was he getting out of it?

If they have video evidence, it's a slam dunk (no pun intended). Otherwise, I suppose he could pay for a dna test (if he's really, really innocent). Just bizarre! Why does he arrive at school so early (5:50 am)? Perhaps he has an aversion to public restrooms (OCD)?

Oh no- didn’t realize it was a recurring offense. Sheesh. Maybe he didn’t like students on the track team... You are right- no excuse!

Everybody here needs to go to this WS classic thread right now heehee. Mandatory order. ( :big grin: ). I promise you will not be sorry. Read from post 1. Our NJ superintendent is mentioned (I mean “Pooper Intendent”)

I admit I laughed because it just seems like such a goofy thing to do. You hear about serial poopers a lot nowadays, but it's beyond me why anyone would want to do that. I'd be interested in hearing what a mental health expert had to say about it.

5:50 a.m. isn't really that early for a lot of school admins and teachers.

Students start arriving for various reasons around 7 or so, depending on what time the school unlocks its doors, and what time classes actually start.
