olice are seeking the public's help in locating a 94-year-old "at risk" woman who has been missing since Monday afternoon.
Thelma Lewis, who is described as 5 feet tall and about 135 pounds, was last seen about 3 p.m. Monday in the area of Wood and Sherman avenues in Roselle, near the Linden border, police said in a community notification.
Lewis was last seen wearing black pants, a jacket with a gray sweater and a pink neckline and black shoes, according to the community notification.
Anyone with information about her location is asked to call 911 or the Roselle Police Department at 908-245-2000.
