Press release yesterday from Ocean County Prosecutors Office. I’m so glad the head prosecutor, Bradley Billhimer made a statement. That speaks volumes.

Also the fact that this case has not only national but international news coverage is telling. I know there have been many child abuse death cases over the years but something about this one just stood out and will probably never be forgotten

If anyone has seen the defense atty’s public IG, it’s so full of hatred, ignorance, and bigoted memes. He is full of hatred and anger and insecurity (as a sleazy Lionel Hutz-type from Staten Island). The big firms in the city would never want him. He’s a street hustler in ill-fitting suits who is “honored” to defend a child-killer bc said murderer has a daddy who pays him money. And David Gregor is horrid—claiming to love Corey while he funds the pathetic defense of his murderer. Sleaze bag. Calls CG a kid. But calls 6 year old Corey a young man. He's like one of those subliminal advertisers. Same with saying (lied in court) Gregor diligently picked up Corey 6 times. And, Iirc after his client was convicted as a killer, said the 2 prosecution attys had been very "capable". Actually they whupped his azz. He's just a mean version of Archie Bunker.

After listening to Bre's online interviews, I am convinced it was premeditated murder. CG knew all the abuse was going to come out. And he silenced the only witness.

Also, after hearing Bre, I believe her. And the Gregors did know abuse was taking place. Many CPS calls and the constant bruising.

The most absurd story was that policeman saying he was parked in patrol car right by the end zone, and saw CM, age 5-6 "diving" to catch a football. (How bruises came about).

The courts see it this way.
The abuse documented was March 2021- the treadmill video. So, the courts only admitted anything after 3/20/21. Audio was before that so it was excluded.

I'm not agreeing with it. But that's what I understand.

Bre Micciolo Tell's Corey's Story From Start to Finish!​

Bre shared so much today in her own words, I'm so glad she was able to clear up things like the custody situation... and how Christopher and his family treated the Micciolos.

- Custody in Spring 2021 was 50/50- for school reasons, they wanted him to attend Monroe school district so they had him with Christopher for 1 day more per month (this is typically the rule for split families and school districts.)
- Bre was taken aside when Christopher was in jail because law enforcement realised there was a credible threat on her safety. He had tried to get someone to harm her from the inside. LE had to get involved to protect her.
- Bre and family only saw Corey's body one WEEK after his death. She was never able to see him on 4/2. This is beyond heartbreak. The Gregors got to the body first and had a viewing first. The funeral home is run by former law enforcement.

I could go on but these were just beyond what I expected.

Justice for Corey... they're working on online petitioning for Corey's Law.

That has always angered me. Past events which are deemed too prejudicial. Geez, if your own violent acts can't go toward/against your character...

I'd be upset if I were a juror, to find out all the information that wasn't brought out at trial. Imagine thinking an event might be a one-off, terrible as it might be, trying to weigh that, only to find out that so so so much more occurred.

It takes a very small man to brutalize a child over his own (adult) inadequacy.

May the sentence be stiff.

My hearts aches for his mom and all those who loved him most.
