Intubation at hospital. Are you aware that the CPR performed on Corey was pediatric CPR. The nurse who supervised one hand CPR was performed on Corey due to his age. I would imagine.

Are you aware the defendent was noted to be at Corey's bedside at 4:51 pm? No. Are you aware that defendent left the hospital within 20 minutes of Corey's death? No.

23 minutes befoe Corey was pronounced dead the defendant called Marcy twice but refused to contact the child's mother? No.

Are you aware that the defendeant searched can my phone be tracked in airplane mode and can my car be traced, and then his phone was placed in airplane mode? No.

State is asking if he was aware of CG leaving, if he reviewed the video of CG leaving 17-18 minutes after Corey was pronounced dead.

Were you aware that CG was texting a woman?

Were you aware he put his phone in airplane mode until the next day, when he was near the border?

Were you aware that he has a 25 minute call with his father and inky after that did he turn around?

Dr. Baden did not.

Nowhere did he report that there was no pus in the lungs.

State asks about the blood culture the night before.

Dr. Baden is getting testy.

Symptoms of super speed pneumonia with bruising. His impression of 50-60%.

He says he's absolutely certain he didn't die of heart trauma.

He thinks mostly likely a fast developing pneumonia he picked up after his hospital visits the day before.

Now the doctor is saying Corey could have died of Sudden Unexplained Death Syndrome.

Welp, those of you that called it sure did call it. Jerk, coward, my own guess, the defense knows the jury is believing the prosecution's case. No point in further exposing their client to the inherent problems with defendant taking the stand.
