On July 16, 1990, a full lower jaw bone, second (2nd) cervical vertebrae, and two ribs were recovered from a construction site in Wayne Township, Passaic County, New Jersey. The body parts were recovered skeletonized. No further bones/parts were recovered after excavation.

I have submitted Cynthia Perry as a possible match for this Jane Doe https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/8281/0/

There is not a lot of information for the Jane Doe, however what information is there does match up with Cynthia:
- Age: Jane Doe 20-30 yrs in 1985-1990, Cynthia would have been between 17 and 22 in those years
- Race: both women are white
- Cynthia was last seen June 17 1985, estimated death of Jane Doe was 1985-1990
- Cynthia last seen Wake County NC which is some way from Passaic County but there is a relatively direct route via highways which is not unreasonable had she hitchhiked with a trucker or similar. Jane Doe was found off Galesi Drive which is very close to the freeway on/off ramps, and also relatively close to the transit centre had Cynthia been on a bus etc.

Namus case was last updated in late 2020 but Karen Wilson is still the only publicly viewable ruleout. Wayne NJ's location is only 20 miles from midtown Manhattan -there must be many young women in this demographic to compare against. One is 2818DFNY - Arlene Abbas (doenetwork.org) January 1989 - missing from 20 miles away in Brooklyn.
