A New Jersey woman allegedly confessed to stabbing her baby brother in the chest — and claimed voices told her to do it.

Detectives investigating what happened during the Nov. 1 attack in Brick Township spoke to Marlene Rodriguez’s cousin, who alleged the 20-year-old brought up the topic of human sacrifice, asking the cousin if they’d ever sacrificed anyone.
