That poor little baby sure did suffer during her short life. Heartbreaking

They [CYFD] stated the little girl was born premature and drug-exposed and that she recently returned to her parents for a home trial period.

They only list the little girl by her initials — EM. By state law, she should have been in the state’s Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act – CARA – program. 4 Investigates has covered this extensively, revealing the program is failing children.

"All parties at the hearing—including the Guardian ad litem, CYFD representatives, parents’ attorneys, OFRA social workers, and the presiding judge—raised no objections to the dismissal motion. The Dismissal Order was subsequently signed by the judge on July 21, 2025.

Her seven-year-old told police his mom was “bad to his sister” and slammed her into the wall. The boy said he watched as his mother killed his baby sister and that he remembered her dead.

1st BBM - so the children were officially legally returned to their parents on July 21st of THIS year. Not even 3 weeks ago????

2nd BBM - that poor kiddo, imagine the chaos his little seven years of life has brought his way already

That poor baby girl. And now there's a 7 yr old who will be scarred for life having seen their sibling getting abused. Awful!
