I shall be out from Wed. 3/24 thru Friday, 3/26 for surgery on my left carotid artery (this time) - so am posting this now. I'll be back home - hopefully - on Saturday.


Thursday, March 25th:
*Motions Hearing (@ 9am CT) – NM – Anastazia Romero (1) (last seen Dec. 13, 2018, Albuquerque, found Jan. 4, 2019 buried in a back yard) – *David “DJ” John Zuber (26/now 27) “father” indicted (5/7/19), recharged (5/8/19) & arraigned (5/20/19) with 1 count of reckless child abuse resulting in death & 1 count of tampering with evidence. Plead not guilty. Held without bail.
Two other children in custody of CYFD.
Trial was set to begin on 8/3/20 continuance granted on 6/25/20. No further dates.
Originally arrested (1/4/19) with child abuse resulting in death, tampering with evidence & conspiracy. Held without bond; Judge releases him (1/13/19). DA dismissed (1/8/19) all charges without prejudice, awaiting autopsy report.
