More than a year after Stephanie Piñon forgot her daughter in a sweltering hot minivan and was arrested for her death, there is still no decision on whether she will face indictment....

Deputy District Attorney Lisa Trabaudo,who heads the crimes against children division, said the case remains under investigation and she doesn’t know when there will be a decision on whether to. prosecute.
