Levi Overmyer is a 29-year-old Caucasian male, six feet tall, weighing approximately 175*pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Levi Overmyer has tattoos on both eyelids and clown tattoos over and below his eyes.
He was seen driving a black, newer model Chevrolet Silverado pickup with unknown registration.
Levi Overmyer does not have custodial rights to the child and has not returned the child to his mother.
