Found Safe NM - Jaime Smyley Overmyer, 2, Clayton, 21 Sept 2017

The Union County Sheriff's Department is asking the public's assistance in locating, Jaime Smyley Overmyer, a two-year-old Hispanic male, three feet tall, weighing forty pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Jaime was last seen in Clayton, NM with his father, Levi Overmyer.

Levi Overmyer is a 29-year-old Caucasian male, six feet tall, weighing approximately 175*pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Levi Overmyer has tattoos on both eyelids and clown tattoos over and below his eyes.

He was seen driving a black, newer model Chevrolet Silverado pickup with unknown registration.

Levi Overmyer does not have custodial rights to the child and has not returned the child to his mother.

Jaime Smyley Overmyer is believed to be in DANGER if not located.

Anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of Jaime Smyley Overmyer is asked to call 911.

New Mexico State Police have cancelled an endangered child alert for an abducted 2-year-old boy in Clayton.

Police say the child was located in Grants, New Mexico and is safe.
