Joel Grijalva, 24, was last seen at the La Joya Solid Waste Station around 2 p.m. on June 16, but authorities said he left there on foot.

Grijalva stands 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 115 to 130 pounds. He also has a large tattoo with red and black ink.
