Such fabulous news. Since that was a federal warrant against his father, I hope he is put away for a very long time. This child needs to grow up feeling safe. He likely has very few memories of his mother now which is so sad. I wonder if the father's family was helping him. Perhaps they'll be additional arrests.

Osiel was believed to be in Rico-Ruvira's custody for almost two years before the Amber Alert was canceled Tuesday. Osiel was returned to the custody of his aunt Arcelia Mauricio on Friday.

Mauricio says, "it hasn't been easy, because we don't we don't know what he lived through. But it's gonna take time."
