Scar/mark: In the midline of the abdomen is a large, 11-inch-long, well-healed surgical incision scar.
Tattoos:
- On the outer left upper arm, just below the shoulder of a flaming skull and crossbones.
- On the outer upper left arm is a star tattoo with the words EL GUESO beneath it.
- On the outer upper left arm, just above the elbow, is a tattoo of a spider with the word "GLORICEL"
- On the back of the upper left arm is a tattoo of the word "GLORICEL" written vertically
- On the front of the left forearm is a tattoo of a panther
Clothing: Blue denim jeans, with a black belt, white button-up shirt
Circumstances of Recovery: A small red compact car occupied by 5 males was driving westbound on I-40, and the vehicle lost control at a high rate of speed and ran off the roadway and rolled, ejecting all occupants. This was the driver of the car.
