I am not following this witness's reasoning.......how nothing is out of place! Mr. Chavez lived in this house and would know where everything went......and he keeps talking about a scuffle. What scuffle.....did he take into consideration that the victim was drugged and the perp crept up to her and put a gun in her mouth and pulled the trigger.........this witness is off base here, I hope the prosecution points out these points!

Oh - Morsi is out in Egypt, some calling it a military coup but I think it's a people's coup and they're giving the military the chance to right the wrong forced upon them when they ran this candidate, sure that the people would vote for the Mubarak crony instead, even though they did not like or trust Morsi and he proved their feelings correct.

The military better man up this time and let the people choose the candidates to vote for and put in a constitution that sees to all peoples, not mainly one sector.

IIRC the spent casing was not in the correct position. The other man said the casing should have gone back and to the right. It was at the fold of her elbow against her side, on the wrong side, and in front. the spent casing location is pretty big and the other expert was concerned about where it landed but not about that it didn't burn her skin.

This witness thinks the spent casing is exactly where he would think it should be......did not the prosecution expert witness say that the casing was in the wrong place for the way the shooting should have happened for it to be a suicide?

I agree that Serna is trying to bring things in to mis-direct the jury. None of this was ever brought up by the PT team. I hope the jury is just puzzled and can figure this out.

That's what I was thinking. The prose. expert said it should have gone backward and to the right. It didn't land that way.

This was not a break in, assault, robbery or any such thing. It was Levi's home so of course it would all be perfect. He has some great credentials and there is a need for these experts and he has done some incredible work and I am fine that he does defense trials, some people are innocent and I respect and appreciate the process of law. Luckily for this case all that Mr. McCann is saying IMO is redundant and hopefully the PT will point this out on cross.

You have a bad habit of disappearing on us
I don't have enough confidence in the PT to think they will bring out the facts with this man so that the jury knows the difference. I am sorely disappointed in them at this point in the trial. I hope they prove me wrong.

Not only is it redundant but it is brings forth totally different points that have nothing to do with the defense's theory or counteracting the prosecution's theory.........I hope the prosecution can clarify for the jury and get this witness testimony put into perspective for them.

Sorry about that you are right. I wish life did not get in the way...I wish my 4 kids and husband understood how much I love these trials. I know what you mean about this PT team. I hope they prove us wrong too for Tera, her children and her family.
