Sorry about that you are right. I wish life did not get in the way...I wish my 4 kids and husband understood how much I love these trials. I know what you mean about this PT team. I hope they prove us wrong too for Tera, her children and her family.

I still have my 6 year old gs here but he's going home tonight and I will be very sad. He starts year round school, 1st grade, on Monday. I don't like the idea, but it was not mine to make. He has been playing Minecraft on the laptop for days on end which has allowed me to watch this trial. Normally, I would not allow or encourage him to spend so much time with a video game but I can't seem to get out of my computer chair, and won't, until we get a verdict in this case.

Your are right Mr. Ortiz did... Serna is very manipulative. I hope the jury is staying on their toes.

I wonder how many times Tera's family has seen these photographs? They are sitting there looking at them and listening to the witness with sour looks on their faces......poor family! And the camera is not going towards Mr. Chavez so I assume he is not crying today with the actual death pictures being shown in court again. Funny how that works when the defendant in a case shows little or no emotion when the pictures of the crime scene are shown in court!

During this entire trial, I can only recall 1, one, ONE, objection that McKay made that was sustained. The others have all been overruled. Something just isn't right with that.

What is up with serna acting as if he just remembered to ask something. He ain't fooling me with the good ole boy act. He knows exactly what he wants out of this witness and the questions to ask to solicit it. He is so annoying when he acts surprised that he remembered something. Shucks darn Serna no one is buying that act.

If there is no difference between the glock generation 1 and the glock generation 3 then this witness needs to explain to us and the jury why the glock makers updated the glock and what the updates were!
