Hi Everyone. Good morning. This is crazy the way the defense attorney and Jones interact. I want Jones not to let the attorney push his buttons. Come on you know the drill Jones.

The defense atty is very argumentative with this witness. I like how the witness told the atty something to the effect that 'similar to some days you could be a good atty'.

LOL

The camera keeps trying to zoom in to read Levi's note pad! lol

I have a feeling this defense atty can get real snotty with most anybody.
Without reason.

His cries sound so fake to me MOO.

I hate to be mean but I do not buy it from the 911 call. I have been an ER nurse and I am not an expert but I have heard alot of tears and hysteria deservedly so but.... I agree the LC should ask for ambulance you just never know unless you know!!

I agree. I think all these guys need to attend boo-hoo training before they place these calls. One is as bad as the next.

This live video is something out of a sci fi movie--a mix of robot and slo mo dance moves.

Ok I am late today tuning in......can I get the run down on who is on this tape and why the court is listening to it? TY

The only good thing about this case is that she wasn't pregnant when she was murdered as several in the past have been.

What I would give to see his face right now. I wish this was court in Florida and/or North Carolina. Oh this is awful, I hope the jury hears what I hear, I could be wrong I admit but wow it just sounds so staged. What do you all think?

Truer words have never been spoken, East. Thank goodness.

Jones is back on the stand, def. atty is not nice. Playing 911 recording of JC--he sounds like a woman moaning.

Hi Thundar. Good morning. 911 and it is some B rated movie acting if you ask me.:twocents:

I absolutely agree CJ. When the recording first began I thought it was a woman, still sounds like a woman, too dramatic -- too everything--to be real.

You're giving him too much credit and women a bad name, East. ;)

Yeah and they got to act like they really want the person to live thru this and call for help for the victim.

Guilty people accept the death. Innocent people refuse to accept the death and will try anything to get the person revived.

Oh my gosh, I didn't think about that...so sorry! How about a bad actress?

I hope the prosecutor is making good notes for the cross. I just don't know how Jones is going to come across to the jury.
