Ok I am late today tuning in......can I get the run down on who is on this tape and why the court is listening to it? TY

That is the over the top performance by the defendant on the 911 tape.

Anyone else here have a loved one in crisis at home? I kept asking when the ambulance was going to get there. It took forever.

Good morning to you too! Thank you....so that was Mr. Chavez on that recording? Cause I could not understand anything from it. I must have left my listening ears at home today! LOL

Yes that was Levi Chavez on the call wailing

The girl he was with that night was Debra.....we heard that name before, yes? Like perhaps the person who took the pictures at the crime scene......same person?

It's not only you, I could not understand the verbiage either, only the moaning, groaning, and crying.

This witness noticed a 'totally inappropriate' smirk on the defendant's face. Sound familiar?

Maybe that is why LC keeps his head lowered?

That old coot likes those cuss words like Nurmi enjoyed the anal and sex talk. And I swear I have never seen a male attorney wear white shoes in court before.

This def. atty's use of the F word so frequently is making me uncomfortable. I don't think I've ever watched another trial in which the entire word was used--even if it was in the transcript. They usually abbreviate it somehow. He's an old geezer and probably enjoys saying it. I wonder just how long that word has been around........

Oh my gosh, I just said the same thing about the F word.

I am thinking it was her too. It is crazy to think that there she was taking pictures and witnessing the scene and then marrying the guy. I feel like that is pathological. IMHO you have to be a bit of a psychopath to be that detached.

LE married another LE officer (who was also married at the time) Heather Hilde (spelling?).
