CK - I just started watching about 20 minutes before they broke for lunch, and when LC walked back to his people he went straight to his Dad, but I thought I saw his wife, wiping tears....she has on a white/cream outfit. I think it was her but not for sure. If it WAS his wife, LC didn't go to her to console her or say something. I thought it was interesting he went straight to his Dad.

I noticed that too. Everybody else in the family was talking to somebody else and she was kind of standing there all alone. Levi was over on the end. Then a woman came over and cleaned up her face a little bit. I was wondering what was going through her head at the time, is she getting a little taste of what her future will be with this man? I hope she has already seen the light and will sing praises to heaven if he's found guilty. And then she needs to give those precious children back to Tera's mom and dad--they are such decent people. I think they have been so controlled and well-behaved for a lack for a better term during this entire trial. My heart just breaks for them--bad enough to lose a child but in this manner and with somebody like LC who is just as likely to walk free as to go to prison. It's very upsetting to me, I just don't have the capacity to understand how they are dealing with it.

It may be Keener but it's been McKay making the objections during LC's testimony so I think it will be him who crosses.

I missed that. After lunch recesses I will be listening in my car as I wait for the kids at their rehearsal. Darn it. I will have WS on one phone and the trial streaming on another but depending on my 3G up in the mountains sometimes it is hard to reply on WS we will see.

I hope this will be the very day you get both the audio and the video without any problems.

I AGREE! I have thought this all along, and who's to say this isn't the ONE thing that drove him over the edge enough to blow her away. He didn't care or respect her one iota but his ego wasn't about to let his wife cheat on him. He is nothing but a low-life and I hope it's Anne Keener who does the cross on LC. Let's see how many "tears" he sheds then.

I was going to post the same thing. I feel like LC thinks it was okay for him to cheat but not okay for Tera so he had to get rid of her. He found out just before she was shot therefore he is the one that is guilty!

My jaw dropped when the Judge just.... sorta' kinda' nonchalantly, doo-tee-doo-... agreed with Serna to break for lunch since it was a good time for him! WOW. I looked at the time and it was 7 minutes to the hour so Serna could have continued to the hour IF THE JUDGE WAS RUNNING HIS COURTROOM. Mind boggling.

My jaw dropped when the Judge just.... sorta' kinda' nonchalantly, doo-tee-doo-... agreed with Serna to break for lunch since it was a good time for him! WOW. It has been that way since I started watching....mind boggling indeed!

CJ - again, I agree completely with you, LC uses women for one thing, and that is for HIS gratification period. I'm sure he feels intimidated by assertive, self-assured woman so I would love to see Keener do this cross. Hell, McKay may apologize to LC for making him cry.

NC - yes, you're talking about the same woman I was, so it WAS LC's wife then; I'd forgotten about that other lady who came up to her, wiped her face and gave her a little hug. LC did zippo to console her.

Regarding Tera's children and her family - when I think about being in their position, I feel so anguished. The thought of losing my daughter and her children, omg, I just cannot fathom the depth of their pain.

I'm anxious about the cross and hope Serna is almost finished. I will have to say that he is being particularly gentle and kind, and not condescending, with LC. Each time I refresh WS, it's getting slower and slower. I just had to get out completely and get back on in order to get back to here. I hope it's not about to have a meltdown. If so, it's probably the Zimmerman trial if they are still allowing posts. At one time, the mods stopped the posts because they became so inflamed.

He absolutely is. It actually the first time in this entire trial that Serna has acted like he has a heart....but again, it's all for appearances for the jury. I'll be so happy when he's finished and the cross begins.
I'm still getting that high pitched sound with the color bars.....that blasted judge just can't ever get started on time. I think I'll buy a watch (cheap Timex) and send to him.
