Something I found interesting in the civil case was that he kept the gun, or all of the guns, in the armoire chest and that's part of the law suit her parents are filing. His response to that area of the law suit is that he didn't receive proper training from the APD about storing a weapon. Where is his common sense, with children in the house?

Did I understand him to say he didn't have any life insurance? I thought we read, maybe in the civil complaint, that he did have insurance on Tera, didn't file the claim after her death though. But he did file the claim in June, 08 a month before he remarried. Something is not right about this testimony.

I was just thinking about this very thing during lunch. I have not read nor heard that he is working anywhere. Even if he is found not guilty I am not sure any law enforcement agency would hire him after all of this mess has come out...not only the murder charges but all the girlfriends, the cell phone usage while on duty, stealing the computer out of his squad car, the theft of his own truck, the list just goes on.
If anybody knows about his current working status please let us know.

I think it was only the military insurance, and he didn't file until before he got married.

My son got deployed after 911 and he was in the reserves, he had to go to Guard the detainees at Guantanamo. LC just said he opted out, Chicken!

Since we can't see these letter's nor can the jury we have no idea what LC said in them. If the Cordova's took them to Aaron Jones I bet they were not innocent.

I am thinking the reason both of them are lying about when they became intimate for the first time is due to Heather's children. I can imagine that her ex husband threatened to take them from her if he ever found out she was sleeping with LC before she was separated. When she was on the stand last week or the week before, I could feel she was lying about when they first hooked up.
