Well, if she already said she is not testifying for a deal, and the prosecution seconded that statement, then all this is moot and I hope the jury sees it.

Do you think the jury can see through it? I never know how to read a jury, can't determine if how I absorb info is the same way they do any more. Especially after the CA jury.

I don't know about the jury but I wouldn't put much past this woman to save her own skin and lie all day long.

Will be interesting if so. I don't want to have to sit through the def. atty ripping each one to shreds. Want to see what they look like though. Sometimes I'm glad I'm an old lady, I don't think I could be a young adult in today's world.

They left in order for him to play the portion of the tape this woman is testifying about. If the tape is in evidence I don't know why the jury has to leave the room.
