NM - Tera Chavez, 26, found dead in her Los Lunas home, 22 Oct 2007 - #1

I want to know how the couple was 'astranged,' he hadn't heard from her in a few days because he was gone, so he went to the house and she'd committed suicide? That would be with HIS department issued gun.

Ehhhh ........ was he on vacation? Why didn't he have his gun with him? He's supposed to use it at work. So if he wasn't on vacation and not working, I have a problem with that.

JMHO

It said in the lawsuit pdf that Chavez requested to use a different revolver for work and the department let him.....he wanted to leave his work issued revolver at home for protection....this happened like a week or two before Tera was shot.........

The defense attorney was in the middle of questioning and then all of the sudden bars up. No clear ending just cut the feed

Nope. I just started following this one yesterday or Monday. Someone mentioned it on the Seacat thread and here I am.............

Same for me, I saw this on Seacat trial forum and started following yesterday. Gosh, only yesterday? I'm in this one deep already! :scared:

She had 3 times the suggested cold medicine in her at time of death and Levi was seen buying a bunch of cold medicene?
When his buddies showed up at the crime scene they cut up the sheets on her bed and some of
The mattress that her body was laying on and disposed of them?
Before she was even buried Levi and friends backed up a truck and erased the house of everything that belonged to her?!?
Everything!
Her current journal is missing. Ah huh.
And, there was blood in the tolite which couldn't have been hers as she died immediately-and one of his cop buddies peed in that toliette and flushed away that evidence.

Wow is all I can say. This trial should get very interesting.

Especially after reading the civil suit documents I am in deep too. I can not even what the family of TC are feeling right now, they have been on such a journey.

Which then prompts me to say, 'When was his truck stolen and when did his wife call about the alleged insurance fraud?'

IIRCC, one of, or his g/f knew his wife called or was talking about the truck disappearance. When did this happen?

Sorry all, I'm behind on this case, but it's a typical cop thinking he can get away with 'murder.'

JMHO of course!
