I wonder if to much time had passed for going back and doing forensics on the bathroom drain.

Devil's advocate - it doesn't prove he was there, unless his DNA was found in it. It proves someone showered. Wish the case was stronger.

Do we know if DNA was tested on anything at the scene? I sure hope so. Since they 'believed' his story and waited so long to arrest him I am afraid they may not have done anything by the book.

I know... again did the PD do any forensic investigation? Do you do things like that for suicides also.

I'm afraid that was the case. I am not sure though. What I am sure about is this questioning is driving me nuts. Why not just enter the darn conversations into evidence and read them out loud.... :sleep:

I think it's too late now. It's been 6 years?
We are learning so many negatives things about how the APD operates, and the officers involved believed it was a suicide, so my faith that anything done by the book is waning.

A witness testifying that he said he took a shower and Off. Aaron Jones says there was a damp towel on top of the TV in the bedroom. It suggests someone took a shower at or around the time of death. Who else had access to the home, who else did the deceased feel that comfortable to be in bed while the person showered? I am sure the boyfriend was interrogated and ruled out.

Quoting myself because when I read my post it read strange to me and I did not want to come off wrong. I just wonder if bc this was thought to be a suicide for such a long time did everything get lost or did the collect evidence at the scene and what evidence was there was compromised because so many people came in the house and were not cautious in there approach.

I heard that Forensics did go back into the home. It had been sold and had new owners.

Oh goodness, I know.... and officers technique does not always come across well IMHO to the jury but the results are what is important. Yikes what do you all think?
