:seeya: Good Monday morning to all. I hope the PT have their ducks in a row today and hammer their case home. I have to work but will look in as I can. Please take good notes. :)

Same for me! and Good Morning to all!

Good morning, good morning! I missed the end of Thursday and most of Friday. I hate it when real life gets in the way... ;) Thanks for posting updates and links. Does anyone know what time they are scheduled to start this morning? Thanks a bunch!

Good Monday morning!

I haven't seen many televised trial to see a pattern (if there even is one) so I ask this board. Do most prosecutors start the trial with their strongest witness or end with the strongest? I am concerned about Regina amending her testimony so casually.

Good Morning All! I also hope we have better sound and video this week. Thanks to everyone that have posted great links to read. This could be a great trial if the prosecution decides to wake up. lol

I am with you on this one, I would like to know also. What has me scratching my head is whether or not they are testifying in front of the jury all of the time. I am having trouble following when the jury is in or out of the room. :banghead:

That's another great point. I don't know how big of a victory Regina's changed testimony has been on the jury if the jury wasn't even there to hear it? In other trials the judge would ask the jury to leave the court but I could follow when they were out and when they were back.

Several times testimony in this trial has been going on and not until everyone rises do I understand this was all outside the ears of the jury.

Very confusing. At this point I don't know what the jury has heard.

I have an empty courtroom with sound. Saw a couple people walk past the camera...oh, now bars.

And back to courtroom view.

I have the court feed up but noone is in court except spectators.

Looks like we are getting ready. I'm praying for audio that I can hear...

It is very hard to follow I agree. I do not know how the jury knows to leave but I have heard the judge say at times the jury can come back in now so that is how I know they were out. So everything is not being discussed or argued in front of them but it is very hard to tell at times.

Oh my the mike was live with Serna talking with a woman in the court. Gees, who's running this show?

Talking in front of the camera. You have got to be kidding!

I know!! I was just coming in from letting my dog out, what was he saying... something about supervision?

I still think that judge and Serna are golfing buddies. The judge seems to defer to Serna when both parties approach the bench. He looks at Serna first and hears him out. Rarely looks at the prosecutor and looks right back at Serna because Serna doesn't let the other atty finish, he talks over the other atty. IMO
