It is thought Tera was asleep, sitting on her bed when she has shot. If this is correct, she didn't see it coming. I pray this is the case.

Hasnt there'a also been mention of her having tylenol and benadryl in her system and him buying a lot of Nyquil? Seems to me from the testimony of where the gun barrell was when shot she was half drugged on Nyquil and very much alsleep. At least that's how it all reads to me, I hope that's the case.

I know I read about the cold medicine but I also thought in autopsy they found no drugs.

That's what I remember reading somewhere, too, about the Nyquil. I have the impression she didn't take it willingly since there was so much in her system - sorry I don't have the source, but it would be on here somewhere - my thought was how would LC have gotten her to take so much?

Yes and I hope the PT really gets this point across. LC is so evil. Scary to think that he could walk free if the state can't get job done, IMHO Serna is a mountain to climb for the prosecutor's.
