There is no way a female puts a gun in her mouth to commit suicide. I'm just not buying it.
What about all the cold medicine in her blood? That was talked about in the civil case.
If she's sick and taking aspirin and cold medicine, she is not thinking about suicide.

I agree why would she be treating a cold if she was going to kill herself?
I do not like Serna! I do not like Serna! Did I say I do not like Serna. :floorlaugh:
I hope and pray I never need a lawyer because I think I would rather go to jail first then have a lawyer like Serna, Nurmi or JW. just sayin
This is not directed at you Celeskitty!
Because the gun residue test is unreliable!
I know the gun is unloaded but it is odd to see the PT point it at Serna
Ah, I thought the test for gunshote residue is very reliable and remember it helped convict the attortny (who was sleeping with a judge) when he shot and killed his pregnant wife after they had just made love. She had gunshot residue on her hand because he had insisted earlier that day to take her to a gun range and have her shoot a gun. SOB was found guilty.
I thought no gunshot residue test was done because in both this case and Brett Seacat's trial both spouses of the dead victim were/are in law enforcement and claimed suicide.
