I just got on the feed, I assume this is still Mr. Chevaz's mother on the stand? She is saying Mr. Chavez lived at her house the entire month of October....but she did not know when he came and went! It would have taken a personal assistant to keep track of Mr. Chavez's schedule and all his "friends" he was spending time with during that time. LOL and just my opinion!

Were the children at Tera's parents house? I kind of remember someone saying they were at Mr. Chavez's in-laws house. But the witness seems to have no idea about the weekend to work on their marriage without the kids.

Right I thought that was the whole point of the children going to Tera's in laws home and this was kind of a big deal because the children did not regularly go away for the weekend. Why do I know this? Was this in the civil suit I have to go back and read again.

Besides I thought the PT already had a witness that he was with on the stand that weekend. The one he went shopping with until 9 pm something on Sunday night. I hope the PT remember's this.

I don't know if Ms. Keener just conferred with the Cordova's or not but she needs to. In depth. She needs facts from them to refute everything out of this woman's mouth....especially about how needy Tera was when she wasn't with Levi, the family function invitations, .... everything.
