Lunch recess till 130.
I don't think that witness was good for the defense. He was very selective in his memory! In fact so far I give this day to the PT. imo
Scary. It amaZes me still how real that blue is..even though I have seen it and keep seeing trials like this or hearing about it....I don't know why I am still amazed to see it. Hopefully none of this is lost on the jury.

Depends on what line of work you are in I think and if you have downtime vs there is work you could be doing but you are lazy. I would die without my phone if I am stuck with a sleeping 1:1 and can't go anywhere.

With the Verizon listing of all the calls LC gets it's surprising to me he has time to do anything except answer the phone.
That CO is adorable. Zoom on him... I like eye candy for a mental break.

A link about Russell Perera's reinstatement.

The personnel board also reinstated an officer who punched his girlfriend in the face at the same hearing.
One excerpt from the article.
But APD officials never told Perea how he violated policies before they fired him, Reeves wrote. And APD Deputy Chiefs Allen Banks and Paul Feist were unable to prove during personnel hearings earlier this year that Perea had been untruthful.
In a 19-page opinion dated in February, Reeves blasted APD and the city, saying the city failed to demonstrate employee wrongdoing, much less that he deserved to be discharged.
Other than the first few minutes of his being in the witness chair, I missed all of Perea's testimony. My daughter called and since her hours are so long and sometimes weird I didn't want to miss talking to her. So are they finished with Perea?

Oh it was something I wish you would have seen it for trial watching it was juicy and Perera was a complete A...hole but of course I am glad you got to talk with your daughter. Oh yeah they are done with him McKay looked and sounded like he wanted to hang Perera with the blue line and shade he was throwing at McKay. It was pretty outstanding IMO
The tv station that streams trials here keep a video library of all trials. Does anybody know if KOAT or whatever it is does?
Thank you for the update CJ--I hate I missed it. Sounds like he should not get his job back or be hired for any LE position ever again.
