I find it strange that Heather has not been there to support her husband during his trial. I know she probably couldn't before she testified.

IMO serna is the worst attorney I have seen in any of the cases I have seen televised. He is a train wreck with his nevertheless, endless ramblings designed to befuddle and confuse when there is no substance to be found in the 'argument' before the court. Why this judge does nothing to rein him in is beyond me.

Right she could not be in the courtroom before her testimony but she did not come right away after her testimony either. Maybe she was working but IMO this would be a good time to take a leave of absence, seems like it would be hard to concentrate.

The prosecution was talking about someone being fired for an ethics violation....he was also saying something about Virginia (perhaps the FBI)? Even this hearing is confusing! It is just a hearing right, the jury is not in the room is it?

Big Jury. Is that good or bad I wonder. Is it harder for all those people to get on the same page?

I am terribly afraid it will be more difficult to get a full guilty 1st degree charge out of this number of people. Is there a lesser charge they can consider? Does anybody know what the charges are that the jury will have on the table?

Now defense is talking about a bill that he was presented this morning from Mr. Chavez's lawyer from the civil case.....defense does not want that bill brought in .........prosecution is now talking about some juror....and case law.........
