How is the prosecutors going to handle this!! It was awful for JY. I mean at least this team knows the story but still. Yikes.

Serna--name, spell it, born? School, when did you get to Los Lunas
LC--1st grade.
How old were you and Tera when you met--16 him, 15 her
When start dating--soph. and fresh. 1997 I think
Tera got preg. how old? 15, 16 when baby born
LC turned 17 same week baby was born.
Both continued to go to high school. TC high school while preg.
LC 1998 supposed to grad. 1999--but was down 12 credits, never gave studies too much attention. Got GED in military.
Coast Guard--2 years in DC
Was TC with you--yes
When did you get married--Feb. 2000, Andrea was already born
When you married was TC still in school--yes , then left a week later to go back to DC with Coast Guard
Tera stayed and finished high school and then moved to DC.
How long there with TC--about 17 18 months
Did you have another child--little Levi--10/12/01
LC parents flew TC to DC with belongings and other child
Growing up--activities, sports, band, etc?? --I played basketball so I wouldn't have idle time, boxing gym sometimes, kick boxing
Did you and Tera have problems//when did problems arise to the point that you would break up--about a year into our marriage.
What hapapened in VA breakup--going to CA for 5 months, sit down to talk, not getting along, she left for Los Lunas before he went to CA
Michigan/Canadian border in Michigan for 2 months and then TC and kids joined him there for about 2 years, military service still.
Military service ended in 2004--they came home to Los Lunas.
Stayed there, didn't move again.
What kind of relationship with TC--it was strained, LC went to police academy and came home on weekends, after police acad. in field training for a whole year--didn't have time to give to her like I should have.
Did Tera have any sort of disability--not a disability--mild case of cerebral palsy. Only symptom was walking pigeon toed.
Where were you living in 2004 when you came back to Los Lunas--separated again in CA, TC father built small house for TC and kids in his back yard. In 2004 they moved into it.
How long there? a year and a half.
While you were there did you pay rent--Tera paid something--LC says he wasn't involved in that.
Did the two of you ever ask TC parents for loans? No, never
How did TC feel about that--she was proud of that--that we were independent and didn't have to bother her parents for money
Did you have hard times financially--we were never rich
