I don't understand it. Any half way on the ball prosecutor will pick up on the withheld data and bring it up on cross and the expert can sit there looking as if he has been hoodwinked by the defense and the jury can see the expert's reactions and answers as a result of the 'new' evidence and think, like I do, that the defense atty is a unethical and by default the person who hired him to represent him is capable of same behavior. This is who the defendant chose to represent him. A fellow scoundrel.

It's done, it's disgusting, but not uncommon. Remember, they are being paid to say what one side or the other wants them to say. So the questions are posed to elicit certain responses.

I don't believe that. I believe that the experts are to give their expert opinion. As the defense expert witness (the last guy) said he has come to a conclusion that doesn't help the defense and the state was up and at him when they got him to admit that yes when that does happen he just isn't called to testify. But the bottom line is that all evidence is presented to the expert. Serna hasn't given either of his experts all the evidence.

As the defense expert witness (the last guy) said he has come to a conclusion that doesn't help the defense and the state was up and at him when they got him to admit that yes when that does happen he just isn't called to testify. Mr. Chavez got 176 calls from Tera on Friday night (or was it Saturday night)? And he did not answer any of them? Did he not think something could be wrong? Instead of checking on her he went to Debra's house! And she was waiting for Mr. Chavez on the couch.

I agree that Serna probably withheld evidence from his expert witnesses, Mr. McCann on cross the other admitted it to Ms. Keener on a few questions she had for him.
Henry Lee testified for the defense during the Michael Peterson trial and made a complete fool out of himself. He said so many things *for* the defense that made no common sense whatsoever. Like, Kathleen Peterson had too many injuries to have been caused by having been beaten. Then he spewed ketchup out of his mouth to demonstrate blood spatter, which made everybody laugh instead of proving any kind of point. He and his his reputation came away from that trial majorly soiled, even by the media.

That is different than a run away nut of a witness you are saying H Lee became for the defense. Unless you are saying that Lee didn't get all the evidence either?
