LOL....the DNA lady told you!.....there was not enough for a DNA profile from their lab......defense then rattled off the tests names.......

If the state tested that hair they would have less of a case then they have now......more cobbled together..........

Serna is wrong about the mitochondrial DNA being more valuable--it is LESS valuable because mitochondrial DNA can only come from the mother. I think he should have said nuclear DNA testing is more valuable and can show chromosomes from both the mother and the father. Anyhow, that was a boo boo.

NCEast I believe you found out one of serna's little tactics. He tries to leave the impression that he will address everything, he will destroy the opposition, he will get back back to that later in more detail. After hours of gibberish I hope the jury sees that serna did not address all those issues he said he would.

I may not agree with, or even like what Serna is saying, but I do like his presentation better so far. I think it's easier for the jury to absorb what he is saying.

The reporter following this trial Anna V said something like Levi Chavez turned to face his jury when serna started his cross. Does this mean LC avoided looking at his jury throughout the state's argument? What's up Levi? Sometimes you like your jury and sometimes the feeling ain't quite there? Kind of like your disdain for women? Sometimes you want to bang something and sometimes on the computer will do?

I agree I have said since day 1 Serna is good if you are a criminal Serna is the man for you. He is not a super lawyer for nothing.
