I have been noticing when the camera pans out that Ms. Keener appears to be making notes on Serna's craziness. So hopefully she will have the final hour of the prosecutions closing.

I want to strangle serna with his mimicing A Jones. Who does that? Five year old kids and Attorney Serna. IMO it really lessens any impact he hoped his words would have on the jury. So good. Keep it up serna.

Long time no see! Serna must be quite afraid the jury believes Jones, and Slama too.

Well, pfffft to him. I have been way too busy the last three weeks, so missed a lot. Which mind yoyu might not have been too bad---seems like LC did a little number of crywithoutteears that would have driven me batty :scared:

She may be very defensive. She looks tough as nails but I imagine she knows how most of the viewing public and the people in the court room think of her. That can't be easy. She was still married. I just know I wouldn't like getting arrested by her. I think she would give arms an extra twist and knee your backbone until it almost pops thru your throat.

She is the only one of his testifying lovers I don't feel sorry for. The other women...well, I can understand them lets say. This one...she is just a nasty bad word. She leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I thought maybe we would have a stop when the judge asked defense if he wanted a break......but no he said he wanted to keep on talking!

I am about ready to get off the crazy train until prosecution takes over but I will probably stay in solidarity with the jury who cannot leave!

OK, Serna has been going for right at 2 hours now. About an hour left. The judge better not give him additional time. He still has 50 things he needs to get back to and he's going to run out of time if he keeps the theatrics up.

LOL influencing!!!! I thought he was much more convincing that he was a sane man this morning.........and his ideas were more believable before the lunch break.....LOL just my opinion of course!

I have been sleeping, I had to take a muscle relaxer and it put me to sleep.

Oh don't get me wrong I think Heather is every bit a perfect match for Levi. But I do think she 'knows' what most people are thinking about her and she juts out her chin in defiance. If that makes sense.
