No intruder?

(snipped by otg)

Oh, and I wanted to mention this case reminds me a whole lot of one that happened in wash dc in 2006 - the murder of robert wone. Same kind of situation - murder happened around midnight while the 3 residents of the house were supposedly 'sleeping' (no sign of forced entry or an intruder in the house), heavily staged crime scene that had clearly been tampered with, two different 'modes' of death - in this case suffocation and stabbing, strong suspicion victim had been sexually molested, no sign of a struggle, suspect 911 call, and of course strong denials by the residents that they had anything to do with it; according to them, it was a lone intruder who snuck in right after they had gone to bed. And, of course, sloppy police work. No one is in prison for this murder either, sadly. Like the Ramseys, the three residents/suspects have money, and lawyered up immediately with the best money could buy.

Hello, Mia, and good to hear from you. I hadn't heard about the Robert Wone case, but you piqued my curiosity.

Wow, talk about some weird sh... er, stuff! Even used the old "EROSTEK ET302R electrical shockwave generator" on the poor chap. I don't want to get too off topic here, but if anyone else wants to read about it, try these articles:

Interesting that there wasn't enough evidence apparently to charge the three with the murder, so the prosecutor filed charges against them for obstruction of justice for having tampered with the murder scene.

(Too bad Boulder couldn't have had a DA like that.)

I think the neighbor really heard the scream. I recall reading that it woke her up, but did not wake her husband. He woke up a right after, and HE heard a sound he described like "metal scraping concrete".
She had said she did not want to get involved in this case. She then said the comment about the "negative energy". Shortly after, she moved out of town. She later changed her story again, saying she DID hear the scream.
My take on it? The RST pounced on her, or at least the defense team got to her.
Obviously, she couldn't prove she heard a scream, and as she didn't want to get involved, the "negative energy" comment was a way to back out of her previous comment. I guess she thought better of it, and restated her first comment.

Just reading since it's that time of year that JonBenet was murdered. About that scream that was mentioned: I thought the woman changed her story to some metaphysical new age type explanation of thinking she heard an inner scream or some nonsense?

Also, I posted the other nite on another thread about IDI. People overlook the Santa Clause connections. JonBenet insisted to her friend's Mom that Santa was coming to see her again after xmas. The pineapple could have been a snack put out for Santa, the rope could be playing reindeer, and JonBenet could have taken her own blanket and things to go on a trip with Santa or with his helper. It would have to be someone she'd previously talked to, knew, or who was very familiar with her home. Someone who killed her so they/he wouldn't be identified. It all seems sexually related and a sadistic game by someone who hated John. This person could have already molested JonBenet due to having access to her. I doubt if Patsy was really always all that observant of who JonBenet went around or talked to during all their socializing and pageantry. Then, there is the possibility that the person was going to actually try and abduct JonBenet and it all went wrong. The crazy ransom note was to throw everyone off from the fact that the person was known to JonBenet. If there were two of them, maybe they really were going to try and kidnap, get money, plus molestation.

But not one tiny hair of his chinny chin chin was found in the home.

So now its a middle aged Asian male wolf pedo socialist, that doesn't need money. That makes him easier to find, wheres Van Helsing when you need him?

ita!!!

We don't know about the hairs from his chinny chin chin, but we do know about his DNA.

Nobody knows who left that DNA or WHEN it was left. How do you know it was the intruders?? When looked at under a microscope...did the touch DNA have little name tags on that said..."Intruder"?? Just wondering...

As a matter of fact Ames, when placed under the microscope, all the little cells formed the letters IDI!

WOW! Those little cells were just way smart! Now I know why so many IDI's know for a "fact" that the touch DNA was left that night by an intruder.

It may as well have, cause it was found in the place where the longjohns were pulled down and matched the DNA found mixed in a spot of JBR's blood in the panties. I think anyone could guess that the DNA was left by a person who was present when JBR died and there is a very good chance he was her murderer (or at the very least, he knows who was).

It became more and more likely because after the DNA was entered into CODIS, many people related to JBR and the murder investigation were then tested. The likelihood that the DNA belongs to the intruder went up when they completed that process without a match.

That there was no match among those tested is a clue that the skin cells localized in two places on the longjohns are owned by the intruder.

HOTYH, and you know for a fact that everyone they knew was tested? What about Dr Beuf? They forgot so many things, how do YOU know that they didn't forget someone?

Are you suspecting Dr Beuf of murdering her now? Wouldn't that be IDI??
