No intruder?

SuperDave,

That looks like what I read too! The Ramsey's only defense is an IDI, so lets check out the dna issue again, oh we found some touch-dna. Now what can we do with this. Right ok , lets call it DNA and the stuff in the panties genetic material or even stranger DNA. I reckon we can publicly clear you on this ($$$$$), its obviously intruder DNA.

JonBenet's death is a sexually motivated homicide and there is zero forensic evidence linking or matching to anyone outside of the house. Also, to date, there is no repeat for emphasis, no IDI theory that explains any of the forensic evidence at all!

oh! Remember its touch-dna not DNA, there is a difference!

.

UKG, it's not even that! Maybe I'm not looking in the right places, but I have YET to think of a single other instance where a prosecutor sends apology letters to suspects, goes to the prime suspect's funeral as a mourner on her own dime, or any of several other things I could mention!

"I just thought it might be interesting..."

What a joke remark, on a forum that is 10:1 RDI.

That's NOT what I meant, HOTYH. I was referring to your "nuts" comment specifically. You don't have to be an ST fan to be an RDI, you know!

It's 10:1 RDI...because that is the only thing that makes sense. When all of the pieces of the puzzle (the evidence) is put together....it is a picture of the Ramseys.

You say it so much nicer than I would.

Why do you think that there are so many RDI's?

I want to know why IDI thinks that, too.

Holdon, do you believe that JonBenet was actually molested in the days leading up to her death?

Damn good question. It's one thing to say that JR didn't do it. It's another to say it didn't happen at all.

What is also vile and disgusting is the years long discourse on familial abuse despite inadequate proof that this even took place.

You must have a different definition of "inadequate proof" than I do, HOTYH.

we do know that someone deposited their skin cells on JBR's leggings that night because the same signature was left on another item of clothing worn simultaneously.

We do?

We do know JBR had strangulation, head trauma, and several other injuries while she was alive, which fully discounts RDI's entire argument.

Don't you believe it!

We dont know JR ever abused JBR. That makes the volume of crass speculation both vile and disgusting IMO.

You ain't seen nothin' yet.

Please dont try to sell me that lemon where someone else had these skin cells on their fingers and smeared it three places that night.

There's nothing else for sale, friend. LFB said it and I've said it for years: when balanced against the totality of the evidence, it's all there is left.

Instead I'm certain if you were to deal only in the knowns then this case would get solved a lot more quickly.

I'll TELL you what would get this case solved, HOTYH! And I'm pretty sure you wouldn't like it!

As for being 'rough on IDI's', it has nothing to do with their not being RDI. It has to do with unfounded, or inaccurate statements, not backed up by fact or links, that can easily be refuted. Posting links and correcting inaccuracies is not being rude. You of course know the difference, but again seem to be trying to skirt the issues and avoid serious discussion, while trying to instigate further argument. No thanks.

Yeah, HOTYH, don't give us that. I've tried to be the acme of good manners towards everyone, regardless. But I'm losing my patience.

RDI doesn't know for a fact that PR wrote the note or that JBR was ever a victim of parental abuse or other abuse aside from that night. These are myths perpetuated to keep RDI complicity and motive alive.

Really, PR writing the note isn't a known fact, and neither is parental abuse. They are not discussed freely as if they are knowns by BPD, CBI, the DA, the FBI, or anybody. They are discussed freely as if facts only here and on the tabs. If this is your source for info, then I suppose Elvis is still alive too, right?

Out of your entire post, you got one fact correct. The old DA office in Boulder would agree with your statement.

It could be Patsy's DNA, JonBenet's, LHP's...on the longjohns.

Since the panties were new, I would guess that it could be Patsy's and/or JB's DNA.

The pink pajama bottoms were found in Burke's room...my guess is that JonBenet removed them and dressed into her play clothes in Burkes room.

I asked you an honest question. Why do you think I was trying to be rude to you? Just like always, you answer a question with another question. No information, no links, no honesty. Maybe your idea that I was being rude to you came about due to the fact that you have no answer to my question. All you have to do is say that.

SunnieRN,
Just have to agree.

SuperDave,

I know, the freemasons could take lessons here I reckon? In the UK jurisdiction a well known media company has been accussed of allegedly contracting out phone hacking on Royalty, celebrities etc and publishing the private data as news in its various mouthpieces.

The curious aspect of this is that the police at the highest level have sat upon incriminating evidence and declined to inform victims, who unknown to themselves, were phone-hacking targets. The upshot is that said media corporation is now the subject of numerous litigation cases, most of which will be settled, privately out of court.

Already requests for evidence have led to admissions of email backup stores being lost in transit. Memories which have deteriorated over time and can no longer be relied upon yada, yada.

Conclusion: The police are subject to influence from those in positions of power so deciding the outcome of criminal cases.

Another case in point is the UK contract with Saudi Arabia where brown envelopes and hand massage are synonymous with successful contract bidding. The main conduit for the kickbacks was discovered along with all the evidence, so an investigation was conducted into this billion dollar contract, whereupon criminal proceeding were instigated, only suddenly for it to be shelved in the name of national security!

Toltec,

I can find no mention in the interviews etc, I've searched on "pink" and "pajama" seperately.

There seems to be no mention on the evidence lists either.

"Obsessed with movies."

According to Haddon, the Ramseys' privately financed team involves upwards of 20 people, with four full-time private investigators and 10 forensics experts, including several handwriting analysts and a linguist. On Sunday, moreover, the Ramseys ran their fourth local newspaper ad appealing for help from the public. The ad noted that the killer "appears to be obsessed with techno-crime movies and phrases from them" and included quotes from Ransom, Dirty Harry and Speed that the family says are similar to ones in the bogus ransom note.

Yeah, I'll be they're trustworthy and unbiased.

Out of your entire post, you got one fact correct. The old DA office in Boulder would agree with your statement.

That's pretty much the whole problem, Sunnie. I told HOTYH that I had a solution, well here it is: get a DA who isn't a bleeding-heart and is more interested in doing the job they were elected to do rather than focusing on having an easy retirement, protecting a town's image, or fulfilling a political agenda!

That will help right off!

Yeah, I'll be they're trustworthy and unbiased.

What, you dont think the RN author "appears to be obsessed with techno-crime movies and phrases from them?" Do you also not see any connection between a movie obsession and Korea?

What, you dont think the RN author "appears to be obsessed with techno-crime movies and phrases from them?"

NO, I don't think so. I've only gone over this a million times, HOTYH: the phrases from those movies were actually MISQUOTED, as if the person was not overly familiar with them, much less "obsessed" with them.
