So the hotel does not provide uniform-- I guess they buy them online if the hotel will approve the picture or something!
Busy hotel.. Busy Strip. Busy Concert. I would be nefarious folks could pick some uniforms on line ,and appear to look close enough like the real thing when 20000 folks are panicking. They could even be armed. Just speculating tho .
During shows it sounds like the outside of MB security proper a bunch of allegedly private security firms provide security for these events. These outside entities would purchase uniforms for their staff .

Sounds as if it would be a lot easier to traverse the massive property with an employee ID .
