48 hours before the shooting courts ruled that autopsies are public domain in LV

then the shooting happened

the case is now heading to the surpreme court

Clark County officials are planning to spend taxpayer resources to appeal a court ruling requiring thecoroner to release autopsy reports. ... of the Nevada Press Association, said the county should release the records so the public can determine if authorities properly investigated deaths in Clark County.

all this los vegas transparency is blinding me !!

I am not good at cooperate LLC stuff

the paddocks own a bunch of these paradise ranches

the one in LV was suddenly closed right after the shooting

it is something like for disabled ( think powerless) children to ride horses -- stuff like that

they all have to do with children

the learning disabled are easy to exploit

its strange stuff its horse assisted therapy -- dont ask me !!

here is the one in LV == sure does not look like a school now does it >>

Seeing stuff about the child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 and search warrants, so perhaps we need some clarification.

Search warrants are composed and submitted to a judge before a search is done. The officer or detective has to outline the various items they will be looking for and why they want to search them. Based on the nature of the criminal activity they are aware of at the time, they have to describe for the judge the various items they expect to find or items they've seen around during their first visit to the crime scene. They try to include as many things as possible. Once the judge approves the SW, the investigators retrieve the items and examine them.

In the case of Paddock, they knew he had instigated a mass shooting with many guns from his hotel room. They would have included in their SW all the computers, hard drives, etc. and likely gave general reasons related to information and evidence about the shooting, acquiring of weapons, planning, etc. Initially, they had no reason to suspect Paddock was involved with child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, so wouldn't have included that in the first SW.

Once the SW is approved by a judge, the search has been completed and evidence examined, investigators list the evidence they did find. Sometimes that includes more criminal evidence than they initially though they would find, esp. on a computer hard drive, USB drive, etc. Investigators aren't psychic. They do the best they can to describe to a judge the kinds of things they want to search for and why before they do the search. They weren't planning to look for child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 specifically, so they didn't include it in the first SW submitted to a judge.

Thank you.

Las Vegas Shooting Report: Gunman Googled ‘How Crowded Does Santa Monica Beach Get’

http://ktla.com/2018/01/19/las-vega...gled-how-crowded-does-santa-monica-beach-get/

The reality of what we know is they say a human being entered searches on some device!

Just like Paddock killed all these people

can we come up with thing that proves that he did so

nothing a lying sheriff claims this

there is no proof of anything at this point except that he lies often , that's all we know

I don’t either. She is Japanese American though. Not Filipino.

Also, the paradise ranch thing was discussed months ago. Not a big deal.

I still think Paddock was likely the only shooter, but the hotel/LE should release some of the CCTV video of the hotel/hallway, etc. to show the public that Paddock was the only one. It seems a pretty simple thing to do, they should do it.

That's interesting. JMO, I still think he was involved in money laundering or something similar. This is worth looking into.

I am guessing his ex-wife. Those were originally filed in 2004.

The exchanges took place nearly three months before the onslaught. And CNN reports that "investigators at the time of the filing had been unable to determine if Paddock was sending emails between two accounts both belonging to himself, or was communicating with someone else."
In addition to the two email addresses, the FBI requested and was granted warrants to search Paddock and Danley's Facebook and Instagram accounts. Paddock's Amazon account is also under investigation, as well as a locked phone that was found in his room at the Mandalay Bay.

Yes, they need to get a SW (if they haven't already) to unlock that phone. It can be done.

ugh oh

this is out of Phoenix

https://oig.justice.gov/reports/2012/s1209.pdf

everytime he went there he rented big vans and drove back to lv

https://oig.justice.gov/reports/2012/s1209.pdf

this jives with the congressman on Tucker who clearly stated that there is a connection between Mexico , gun running and guess where our little Jesus goes

to mexico oppsssss

The operation was run by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in 2009-10. NPR's Ted Robbins and Michel Marizco of the Fronteras Desk talk about the intent of Fast and Furious, why the operation failed, and solutions to curb gun-running on the U.S.-Mexican border.

he sold his last property in 2010 I would assume a source of income might be needed!!

The operation was run by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in 2009-10. NPR's Ted Robbins and Michel Marizco of the Fronteras Desk talk about the intent of Fast and Furious, why the operation failed, and solutions to curb gun-running on the U.S.-Mexican border.

it was only one program in a series of sting operations called gun walking, essentially, which began in 2006 and ended in 2011. And so it was part of I guess the umbrella would be Project Gunrunner, and it was supposed to stem the number of firearms that were leaving the United States and going into Mexico, into the hands of drug cartel members, largely because it is much easier to obtain guns in the United States than it is in Mexico, which has some fairly stringent at least legal, you know, ways to get guns, it's fairly stringent gun-control laws.
So what they would do, is instead of actually arresting a person who bought a gun, as a straw purchaser - bought a gun for somebody else, which is illegal in the United States - that's the way it works, and then they hand them over, and then they walk them into Mexico.
So instead of arresting somebody - talking about ATF right now - they would let the purchaser walk, and in this case take the guns, meaning gun walking, take the guns into Mexico in hopes of arresting the people who they gave the guns to, so leading them to bigger targets in the cartel operations.
That was the intention of Fast and Furious, as I say, which was one of a number of these kinds of operations, which actually began under the Bush administration.

where the guns were ending up seemed to always be in the hands of people working for the Sinaloa cartel, whether that - whether the guns were being seized by the Mexico army in Tijuana, here on the Arizona border or in Mexico. Over and over again, the guns kept landing in the hands of one particular cartel.

a flawed plan. They really couldn't adequately track the firearms once they went into Mexico.

anyone know what kind of car our friend Jesus rented to go to Mexico for a family visit after the biggest mass shooting in the nations history,

time for a little family time gun in calf or not

please !!!!

Yeah, it was roughly 1,800, mostly AK-47 variants, but also 50-calliber rifles

it's also interesting to note that ATF agents working in Mexico had no idea what ATF in Phoenix had been up to at the time

ah ha so maybe he was undercover for ATF??

Speculating he was doing this stuff got caught and his chocie w was to narc out arms dealers from mexico

this fits so nice with Phonix mystery trip and family vacation time !!

https://www.npr.org/2012/06/21/155513757/why-operation-fast-and-furious-failed

so now it makes sense why noone would want the public to know that were still possibly running some sort of similiar operation behind the publics back

they got burned big time in Fast and Furious feeling a lot of Iran Contra !!

Of course the feds don't want something like this out

Gunrunner Impact Teams

So miss marylou is never arrested despite stating clearly that her finderprints would probably be in the bullets in the the room .

sounds like someone is covering for someone !
To tell authorities that your fingerprints would be on bullets used in the a big shooting seems as if someone might be reasonably confident that a n arrest was not happening .

Possibly an informant build music and fade !

  • #395
ah ha again !!

SO .......it seems logical

Noone expected Paddock to get killed.

His checkout date was the second.

WHich would make sense that the plan was for him to do the return trip to phoenix upon check out.

Now they have a problem the rented van from phonix has bombs and guns in it

so it makes sense that to keep everything rolling they needed Jesus to do the run .

this would explain why on this mystery visit he needed to rent a vehicle to Mexico.

The only car I saw in his driveway was a really nice red vet.

Vets don't make good good gun bomp running transports!!

After reviewing the 300 pages of the FBI search warrants and affidavits that were released last Friday and what I read in the LVMPD preliminary report, I feel comfortable in saying that I believe Stephen Paddock was the lone shooter responsible for the Las Vegas October 1, 2017 massacre and that he alone fired from his suite on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel. There is ample evidence to support that.

Ha listen to this for 45 secs from the 9th of oct

LE knew that days and days of preparation had gone into this

humm how do that know a week in ??

kinda sounds like a narrative had been written long ago

the barrage of 200 bullets through the door is in here

he was off by what 75%!!

He worked that angle a lot in the beginning .

cops that were there could easily determine that no 200 rounds had passed through a door by looking !!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5MRi996ozdw

HOw does the alledged sole shooter of the biggest in the nation house get broken into a couple of days after

does that sound like an agency trying to protect the data??

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Total-Wi...5035&wl11=online&wl12=655701726&wl13=&veh=sem

who buys it???

How on earth can a lady who is getting emails about assault rifles and bump stocks and having lots of guns for sale in los vegas being involved with someone who has enough arms to start his own war -- be announced as not being up for a an arrest??

again flat out makes no sense - other than protection of something
