Force Investigation Team Report - "Take it for what it's worth"

  • #982
As i said way way back upthread. Can't believe anything you read with regards to this case. Don't take ANYTHING at face value with regards to this case.

The FIT report can now be classified as a forged document IMO. The door with no bullets in it is now but a minor detail in the grand scheme of this deception.

absolutely insane.

Thank you, and I believe there was another shooter in the other room as well. As well as others on the grounds. Could He have been one? Maybe, but Idk, I’m thinking it could be a red herring. He could be a fall guy for all we know. These people will stoop to any level to protect and conceal and cover up what ever it is they do not want the world to know. I guess it must be pretty bad then, huh? I’m getting more cynical by the minute. Jmo

It’s not worth anything! WOW!!!

I agree, ‘Forgery’ way beyond the things we have been discussing.

It’s no wonder why we have so many inquiries to the details of his death. I recall getting tripped up on this one in October “Upon entering the suite the suspect was *already* dead”.

It'll be interesting to see how the Coincidence Theorists spin this one....

There is so much to talk about in this case, i don't even know where to start. We are going to need sub threads to keep everything neat and tidy.

My recommendation for the title of the first sub thread: "Lombardo's Lies"

That should keep us busy for awhile.

My goal is to get a forum set up for you with sub forums. If I don't it is not for a lack of trying trust me.

We are so darn short handed thanks to the flu.

Thank you for your patience.

Haig is the name of a Mesa, Ariz., ammunition dealer who runs a website called Specialized Military Ammunition, which touts itself as "your source for premium, MILSPEC, tracer and incendiary ammunition in popular military calibers," including ammunition that "ignites diesel and kerosene." (Officials have said that Paddock shot at aerial fuel tanks during the attack, although they did not ignite.)

"We Will Be Closed Indefinitely," the website said Tuesday. "Check back to see if / when we are up and running again."

While it was not certain that the ammunition dealer was the man named in the warrant, there have been reports that Paddock purchased ammunition from a dealer in Mesa, and Haig told reporters from Newsweek in October that agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives spoke with him after the shooting for about 20 minutes.

The Associated Press, citing an unidentified law enforcement official, reported in October that Paddock bought 1,000 rounds of tracer ammunition in September from a private seller he met at a Phoenix gun show. The official said investigators searching Paddock's hotel room found tracer rounds and a document with the name of the Mesa man who sold him the ammunition.
The website for Haig, the Arizona dealer, says: "SMA tracer is always bright ignition and bright tracer; that means it lights right out of the barrel and is easily visible in daylight."

It also says: "We only accept orders by phone. This is done to protect the customer. Online shopping carts are best suited for mass production items. Our ammunition is hand made and it takes time to fabricated and load. Speaking to us on the phone also allows questions and establishes what the customer really wants to have our ammunition for."

When police raided the room and ***discovered him dead***with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, they found 23 guns.

Is there a post that has all the links to what was released today by the judge?

If so can someone quote it for me?

Thank you,

I will also start a new thread sometime tomorrow.

I’m in! It helps for brevity.

My first title for a thread is ‘Joe-Lo’.
How low can he go?

[FONT="]Sgt. Jerry MacDonald is the ONLY Metro employee who has described SWAT officers witnessing the shooter's suicide. "They observed Stephen Paddock place a gun to his head and fire one round."He was under oath, on the phone with Judge Nancy Allf. October 2 at 3:04 AM

Just a little detail I noticed. Sergeant Jerry MacDonald, the one who gave the above statement about Swat officers seeing Paddock shoot himself, is the same guy who signed his name in approval of the FIT report on the cover page.

Looks like he is the #2 guy for the "make it FIT" team.

The documents released have been combined for brevity, here is the link. Please advise if anyone is unable to access this document.

I agree.
I have always wondered about this.. does look like this is the information they wished to keep sealed, does it not?
He was never gonna be talkin'.. no reason to hide it..
wondering now whether Campos and other security dude witnessed this too, or had they left the floor at this point?

Also- why was he so quiet for a full hour, if still alive?

Really need times but it's unlikely we will get them..
What time eXACTLY did SWAT or a bit of sWAT get there to witness this 'suicide'?
Page 15 of the report:

Approximately 2320 hours*
The Strike Team conducted an explosive breach into room 32-135 and made entry. The* Strike Team reported Paddock was down from an apparent self-inflected gunshot wound* to the head.

Based on the audio files, the time window of whatever it is that is being redacted from the audio is between 22:57 and 23:14.

Thus the photoshopped bullet holes.

So maybe the part of the investigation that the judge would continue to redact includes this time window? What was redacted guy selling? Is that what punctured the front door? No idea. MOO

Thank you. The Press only received paper copies yesterday and they moaned much about it, strange how they think.. paper a foreign object to journalists..! Not sure why electronic form was not made available or used in this case when I would imagine it would be much easier to redact...
am really wondering now, whether Haig is a complete red herring.

re photoshopped bullet holes, we need to establish whether they were released by police , leaked or photoshopped by one of the fringe lunatics?

https://www.azcentral.com/story/new...ammunition-las-vegas-mass-shooter/1081168001/

Douglas Haig, 55, said he had met Paddock at gun shows and sold him tracer ammunition, which are bullets or cannon-caliber projectiles that burn brightly when they are fired and as a result help the shooter aim."I was horrified," he told The Arizona Republic, describing his emotions after learning of the Oct. 1 shooting near the Mandalay Bay.

"I have some very strong feelings. In fact, it was enough to make me not want to do the business anymore," Haig said. "Because I couldn't tell that this guy had evil in him."

!!! 'cos you can tell from telephone sales!!!

"I refuse to sell to people that I don't trust or a get a bad vibe off of,'' Haig told The Republic.
He reiterated that selling tracer ammunition in the state of Arizona is legal.
"It really starts to get me upset when I heard what he did," he added. "I think about it every day. Every day."

He's holding a presser on Friday, btw-Haig declined to comment further. He said that he had scheduled a news conference on Friday at his attorney's office and would have more to say then.

So this conflicts with the now infamous Newsweek scoop!!
