Has his phone activity been able to have been analyzed yet as far as last activity, contacts, etc?

What about his bank activity, etc.
Another issue. He uses Text plus app. Changes numbers frequently. Nothing to ping. Text plus will give the family info but having a hard time getting the LVPD detective to call them. The family reached out.

Another red flag - no bank account.

So, “in contact with his mother up until the 18th” (claiming to be in Colorado City Texas eating pizza at Biggs):

Was this via text or actual voice conversation, I wonder.

And was his presence able to be verified there at Biggs?
Via text and video chat at Biggs BUT no one can remember him. This is a guy with very distinctive tats. There’s a Biggs in Sweetwater as well.

Well this is good that Text Plus seems willing to give information so the process should be smooth with the standard warrant paperwork for this.

So the LVPD detective hasn’t gotten this ball rolling yet? That makes no sense.

Hi Pommy :)

Re: “I know the article said they don't know what car he was driving,“, where are you seeing this? Tia.
Article came out before we knew the car. Ex fiancé told us the day or two after.

Right?! Makes zero sense. None of it does really. That’s why I came here. Lol. Case is filed in LV and Scott, LA. NAMUS is pending. Just needs LVPD to push through.

Not 100% sure but I believe in Colorado City yes and some one Wichita Falls

Well I recommend sending his flyer to the front desk and email of every hotel in the Colorado City, Texas vicinity, if it’s not certain that this has been done.

Car looks similar to this one. Not the actual car though.

If LVPD is handling this case the first standard procedure would be looking at cellphone activity. Sometimes this takes time to come back, warrants, etc, but if the company is being cooperative..?

I would call the detective and ask him directly on Monday what the status is of the cellphone activity analysis.

I would also ask him if he’s been in contact with any TX LE.

Moo.

As for Brandon’s family I recommend they reach out to some organizations that help families with this, people like Mark Klaas, etc. ( klaaskids.org )

Wait a minute, it’s Texas, maybe have family contact Tim Miller and see what he thinks needs to be done. Tim is always happy to help families and if anything he can probably help give some good advice for the family. If anyone understands the hoops it’s him.
In order for TES to get involved the have to have a request from the family and be able to get some leads from LE in order to know where to even possibly start searching.

They’ve been in contact with Mickey Shurnick’s family. I’m sure I’m spelling it wrong. All over the place. I’ll reach out to Tim myself tomorrow. Klaus is another good one.
