62-year-old David Rathbun was last seen in October of 2017. His ex-wife, who wishes to remain anonymous, says they called him right after the 1 October shooting to check on him, but they only got a text message in response. After more than one week of trying to call him, his family still was not able to get him to answer the phone.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is looking to question 45-year-old Jolene Hibbs and 55-year-old Charles Ausiello regarding his disappearance.

Las Vegas Metro police need the public's help to identify three people who may be tied to a man's disappearance.

On Friday, the department released booking photos of 55-year-old Charles Ausiello and 45-year-old Joelene Hibbs. A third unidentified person, a white male adult, is seen in a surveillance video still. Police said the trio has made numerous ATM transactions using 62-year-old David Rathbun's debit cards.

The family says David’s remains were reduced to mere bones and they identified him through dental records but they still haven’t been able to determine how he died.

The link on post 3 shows how little was known when he was first found. But it's a really creepy story. Family were really persistent in trying to figure this out.

The last articles about this in 2020 indicated Jolene Hibbs and Charles Ausiello are the suspects in this murder. Both were already fugitives with outstanding warrants. There was no further mention of the unidentified male person of interest seen on camera using his credit/debit card. The suspects are still at large.
