Those pictures don’t look like modeling photos to me. They look like typical amateur social media photos that a lot of young girls post.

Agree. That's why I put modeling in quotations. I wonder what happened in the days, weeks, months leading up to this. When did she leave her job and start the amateur career. So many questions.......

So confusing. Her "modeling" pics sure are a far cry from her mug shot. If she had work why live in your car? What the hay!!!!!
On

one word : "relapse"

I was thinking Meth, which is huge here in Oregon... And everywhere else, I'd imagine. IDK.

There was also a male pretty recnetly and video of it:

BE CAREFUL it is a video of it

I was confused over what this video was showing so I had to look down and see. I have to say, don't read the youtube comments on this one... holy cow... the comments combined with the driver we see in the video... it's like I just caught misanthropy. Hope it's gone by Christmas.

Back to this situation. Even if drugs were involved I'll never understand what could have gone through her head. Millions of people are hooked on drugs and millions more take drugs at parties, but rarely do people go on a killing spree when high. I've had a ton of problems in my life, as we all have, and never once did I want to hurt innocent strangers because of them. I'm not special. Most everyone wouldn't do this. I can't understand people who do this. I may never understand.

They said that she might have been under the influence of some kind of stimulant/

I think that is more the heart of the matter. Who drives their 3 yr old to Vegas to live in their car, besides a person who is using drugs/getting high.

I bet we will find that she had family she could have stayed with, a job she could have stayed at, etc etc. She is an intelligent, healthy, attractive young mother. She could have done better than living in a car with her toddler off the Vegas strip.

Reports are that her mother was not taking care of her, and she was already homeless when she was in high school. I think it’s a safe bet that she couldn’t get any family help.

I'm thinking she had a tough life with little family support and snapped.

TMZ is not a reputable media source. I put it somewhere below Faux News. The reporter for that article is clearly not the smartest.

I agree. It didn't add up to me when I read it.

I'm trying to understand how an Oregon judge could approve a name change for a Washington resident. That's just not how it's done. You apply to the court in the state where you reside. If she lived in Vancouver, WA at the time, she would've had to petition the courts in Vancouver to change her name.

I'm hoping this is just some bad journalism at play.

Since her car was registered in Oregon, that’s probably what she was using for her residence. Also I’m not certain that you are correct, that you can’t file for a name change in a state, that you are not a resident of. Do you have a source for that?

Agree.

It sure seems like they are doing worse than they usually do these days!

and i thought about this last week as it relates to terror stuff. In this day and age of computers, and how all the names are like Abrach De Frahmendi Cazeirsah I think a lot of missed (people being taken off watch lists no fly stuff ) I certainly know I am the least allowed to discussing typing spelling (!) but I think a lot of this is missing a letter or something like in computers and info going from one agency to another , other languages etc

we can find any car in the nation

i vote worldwide one darn database !!!

also I just left You Tube running in backfround and it went into road rage junk, oh my lord .......................

That video was very visual and helpful with seeing the distance and all the chances she had to veer back into the street.

That video shows a video clip of her discussing the forest service job and the educational program she was involved in. It appears she did pursue the job as the video shows her saying something to the effect of, "I got a federal job at age 21, now that's what I call the big time" don't quote me, but interesting to see her talking and looking like a regular human knowing the monstrous act she's perpetrated. And yeah she had to turn a corner to get to where she turned herself in, which makes that place seem deliberate, too, imo.

In the police repport which was in the video, I stopped it to read it, she told them she had been kicked out of aparking lot somewhere several times. She tried to pull in to sleep (inconguent with a stimulant- wonder if she used later in the day ) but I am wondering if that was where she returned to call 911?

Mixed feelings about way cops have handled. We all have questions , but, I like the way he stated there is something lse known, but not ok to reveal at this time.

But at the same time thats a very bizaire
"statement" "uncomfortable" , revealling?

speculating only insest? Does seem there was a trigger a week ago

Thanks sweets. One day. For now I have Granddoggies LOL Thanks for that visual.

I am confident you will be a georgious grandma, with a very fashionalbe cane, hip glasses, a nice shiny gray hair coloring, shiny dentures, and a hearty personality!!

It came up as a PDF ---2006 figure but just wanted to get an idea

I hope thay have Insurance. It is cheap to purchase here in Canada for Travel but also depends on your current health. If your healthy with nothing significant I believe around 20.00 can get you good coverage for a week or so. We have an International plan and our grown kids have a plan thru their jobs. It is cheap to purchase on your own, hopefully folks have the coverage. They have enough on their plate.

Would Canada's national health plan not cover Canadians while they are traveling in the US? Anyway, by US law the hospital has got to provide emergency care. So worst case scenario, the foreign nationals can receive treatment, then return to their countries without paying, and the hospital would have to write it off as a bad debt. Hopefully there is also some type of local Victim Assistance Program that can help them too. Though I wouldn’t expect that to cover much.

On top of all that, I think several of these victims have suffered head trauma... they may never be the same in every way. Very sad.

and lets not forgot all the people who both saw and HEARD the noises related to an event like this....intense stuff....

hearing a car accelrating quite a trigger for the rest of their lives?

slamming on brakes,

getting into a fender bender themselves down the road,

the PTSD stuff for witnesses, IMO are going to be intense becasue automobiles are so woven into our lives, and not typically assocated as a 'weapn"

In this day and age copycats also pop into my little brain as well................

watermelons stirred up stuff.....

I think this is all going to end up being about substance abuse and relapse ...imo

Yep, and it appears that organization was helping her through her education, and then probably helped her find a job, and then said, OK, thats it. You are on your own now. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like she was ready for that.

Anyway, this looks to me, like a typical mental health issue, that could have been prevented.
