2/19/21 Update: Request for Submission. Motion to continue motions hearing or in the alternative, continued P-2 & P-3 Motions (D-11) granted in part. Evidentiary hearing continued for 2 days. Court ordered the sheriff to provide defense counsel access to the defendant for evidence review for the rest of 2/22 & 2/23/21. Defendant's motions D-6, D-7 & D-8 motions orally denied. Defendant's D-9 Motion orally submitted by defense counsel during hearing. Next evidentiary hearing on 2/24/21 @ 10am.

I jumped in and looked at the docket. He has ongoing pretrial motions today 3/3, tomorrow 3/4 and on Friday 3/5 at 9:00 am in Department 4. All three days of hearings are available to watch on zoom.us. He then has 5/3/21 at 10:0 am for more pretrial motion hearings, 5/12/21 at 4:00 pm to confirm jury trial and 6/1/21 at 10:00 am for the actual jury trial.

The docket says the motions heard this past week will be taken under advisement pending the court reporter transcripts of the evidentiary hearings being lodged with the court. The Judge will probably rule on those motions at the 5/3/21 pre trial motion hearing. The other two dates (5/12/21 hearing to confirm trial and 6/1/21 Trial) are also still on calendar and there are no new dates pending. I can get in to the site by going to this link. I don’t have to enter a captcha or do a new search each time.

The Judge issued a ruling on the motions back on 4/15/21. The motions were granted in part and denied in part. The 5/12/21 hearing at 4:00 pm to confirm the jury trial is still on with a jury trial date of 6/1/21 at 10:00 am. I’ll check the docket for you next week to see what happened on 5/12.

@Niner I just checked the docket. They set further proceedings for Friday 5/14/21 at 10:00 am. The text also says that the motion to confirm trial was denied but there is still a jury trial on calendar on 6/1/21 at 10:00 am. I’ll check the docket again the day after tomorrow to see what was decided.
