So the 6/1/21 date at 10:00 am is still on calendar but not for a jury trial. There are no new dates yet. I’ll check back on June 1st after the pre-trial motion hearing.

*Pretrial Hearing (@ 10am PT) – NV – Julia Woodward (21) (last seen Feb. 1, 1979 @ SF airport, found Mar. 25, 1979 near Eagle Canyon in Hungry Valley (15 miles north of Reno) - *Charles Gary Sullivan (33 @ time of crime/77/now 78) indicted (8/25/19), arrested (8/28/19 in Yavapai County, AZ), extradited (11/15/19 to Reno), charged (11/15/19) & arraigned (11/19/19) with open murder. Plead not guilty. Held without bond.
Trial was set to begin on 6/1/21 has been continued, no further dates.

Wow just finding out about this case after speaking to the arresting detective about another Washoe County case. He said it has been an insane amount of work! I'll bet that's an understatement.

@Niner The pre-trial motions are still on calendar for tomorrow 6/10. No new jury trial date yet. The parties were referred to the jury commissioner to reset the trial. I’ll check back on Friday to see if there are any updates on the docket.

@Niner There are finally a couple of new dates on calendar but for almost a year from now There is a motion to confirm trial on 5/11/22 at 4:00 pm and a jury trial date of 5/31/22 at 9:00 am. Nothing else before then. I guess the courts are really backed up.

Okay - thanks! I shall keep this info in June & make a note to check back with you - hmmm - maybe check in every 2 weeks or so? To see if they "plugged" in a more current hearing date. K?
