I've heard of garrotes that were connected to the ankles, however let me note that they were in instances of murder. Don't know why a person couldn't employ the same physics properties to kill themselves... I guess? [I confess I haven't reviewed the specific circumstances of this case in a WHILE, and I"m at work and certainly shouldn't even be on this forum right now, much less rereading the case history ! ;-) ]

I'm surprised there's no picture or reconstruction for these remains since it's listed he had a recognizable face.
IIRC, I read in an article that Clark County was one of the first agencies to publicly publish pm photos in order to help solve old cases, like Arroyo Grande Jane Doe.

I'm pretty sure his PM used to be up, but I don't seem to have saved it, if so. Most places that published the PM photos have taken them down because of the way they get misused.
