"Alpaca Mexico"? Alpaca silver is an alloy made of copper, zinc and nickel to mimic silver. Much of it is produced in Mexico. Some jewelry is stamped "Alpaca Mexico."

If the remains were skeletal, I wonder how they got fingerprints. Unless it's possible somehow.

Previously had insufficient DNA for profiling (post #1) so comparisons/rule outs may be on dental I guess.

Tiffany Sessions is the only r/out in Namus which has not been updated since 2018. I wonder if AlawaysSleuth submitted any of their suggestions posted above?

This Namus case was updated earlier this month, but I cannot see what was edited/added. Still only the one ruleout (Tiffany Sessions).

Interesting that Tiffany would be considered given the JD has black hair and a bus ticket possibly issued in Mexico.
